Leeds Museums and Galleries is the largest local authority-run museum service in England, and we were delighted to add them to our ever growing portfolio of cultural clients in 2018.
Since then, we’ve gathered feedback from visitors across their diverse venues, including heritage sites, museums, country house estates and a flagship art gallery.
We get on site to collect information about the profiles, behaviours, motivations and viewpoints of hundreds of visitors each year, so that LMG can ensure they continue to deliver high quality, engaging experiences. We introduced Covid-safe practices to support their reopening during the summer and autumn of 2020 and were delighted to be able to continue our partnership through these challenging times.
We’ve developed a package of reporting to give the team the strategic level of insight and interpretation they need, supported by a suite of reports to make sure each site gets the detail they need from their findings.
