Who we are

Fiona Doran

,  Associate Director

Fiona joined Bluegrass in 2014, coming from roles at Millward Brown and Kantar where she gained experience of large scale, multi-national work.  She has found the perfect outlet for both her creative side and strong operational and planning skills at Bluegrass and loves that no two projects are ever the same!

She has worked on a huge range of research challenges, from inception to reporting.  She is highly experienced in qualitative methods but loves getting her teeth into complex quant statistics and is a bit of a geek when it comes to data tables and scripting surveys.  Everyone in the team knows that Fiona loves looking for new and exciting ways to visualise our findings for different audiences and gets excited about presenting the results every time.

Pre-research, Fiona has a background in the arts, so takes great pride in Bluegrass’ amazing museum, theatre and event clients.  She does a lot of work in the visitor economy, including economic impact, branding and strategy research, but, like Sonya, is passionate about her involvement in public health work.  She is always up for a new challenge, new clients and new respondents.

Her little girl keeps her on her toes outside of work and she still paints, crafts and sews whenever she gets the chance.
